SEVEN is a luxury apartment tower featuring high-end one and two-bedroom apartment suites in the heart of Austin, Texas. The property is located at the epicenter of Austin’s eclectic business and entertainment district, and offers spectacular views in every direction.

Aqueous Engineering was selected as the aquatic designer for this unique project to provide support to the architectural design team at Rhode Partners. The eighth floor amenity deck offers and expansive outdoor activity space with infinity edge pool and various gathering spaces for the tower residents. The pool is designed with a “knife-edge” perimeter system that gives the appearance the water is vanishing into a continuous slot around at the connection between pool and adjoining deck.

The amenity deck offers exquisite views of the Austin skyline in all directions – toward the state Capital, Sixth Street, and the vast expanse of the Hill Country.
