Bryan Ziegler is the Founder and President of Aqueous Engineering.
Bryan received both a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University in 1999. Upon graduation he worked in Dallas for the consulting engineering firm Brockette-Davis- Drake. While there, he worked on site development projects for multi-family housing projects in the DFW metroplex area. He was also one of the lead designers for a large utility replacement project for the City of Dallas' water utility department.
In 2001, Bryan and his wife Brandy (a registered architect) moved to Denver to work together at Mountain Design Group - an architecture and structural engineering firm in Evergreen, CO. The experience at MDG allowed Bryan to utilize both his architecture and engineering degrees as he performed architectural design and structural engineering for several condominiums, office buildings, and resort-style homes in various locations of Colorado's Rocky Mountains.
In 2002, Bryan joined The C.T. Brannon Corporation - a consulting engineering firm in Tyler, and considers himself fortunate to have learned under the leadership there. While at The Brannon Corporation, he quickly developed as a civil engineer as he worked on site planning and development projects located in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Bryan's career development at The Brannon Corporation provided him the opportunity to become a minority partner in the firm in 2009. During his time at The Brannon Corporation, Bryan became passionate about the field of aquatic design during his time there, and this specialty design field is partly responsible for the "birth" of Aqueous.
During his engineering career, Bryan has worked on engineering and aquatic projects in many states across the US, and even internationally. He contributes his expertise in the aquatic industry to the many friends and mentors in the aquatic field that have contributed to his professional career over the years, and he hopes that sharing his engineering experiences can help develop a future generation of talented engineers.
In 2018, Bryan became a licensed architect. His knowledge in both the engineering and architecture fields have proven to be a valuable asset to the clients he serves.
Bryan has been married to Brandy - an architect at Fitzpatrick Architects in Tyler -since 2000. The two met at Texas Tech where they earned their architecture degrees together. They are blessed to have two beautiful daughters. Bryan is an active member of several engineering, architecture, and aquatic organizations and is a contributor to several of those professional organizations. Bryan is a member of Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler where he actively attends, volunteers, and serves.
